Goodbye ReSharper

Visual Studio 2019 has been released. As a user of resharper for more than 10 years I just install it by default whithout even thinking about it. But it occurred to me that I no longer knows where Visual Studio ends and ReSharper starts so I decided not to install ReSharper and see how it turns out. I made a list of my most used features (some of them have been in VS for a long time).
